Alphawest, a leading Australian IT services provider to the government, legal, educational and business sectors, today announced the strengthening of its West Australian (WA) management team with the appointment of Ross Hamilton to Line of Business Manager for Business Solutions.

In the new role, Ross will be responsible for the overall performance of Alphawest's WA  Business Solutions team – which focuses on solutions to enable organisations to securely collect, archive,
store, retrieve and analyse information to automate processes, meet compliance and improve organisational efficiency.

Ross has over 14 years experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in sales and business development. He joined Alphawest in 1995 as an Account Manager in Western Australia,
before moving into the role of Sales Team Leader. Prior to his most recent appointment, Ross was the General Manager of Alphawest’s Queensland branch for the past three years where he played
a key role in growing the business.
