Alphawest has extended its Enterprise Content Management offerings by signing a strategic partnership agreement with Interwoven, Inc. to resell the Interwoven ECM platform.
The partners already have common customers in the legal, accounting and government sectors, and Alphawest expects the Interwoven ECM products to further enrich the tailored vertical solutions it delivers to existing and new customer sets.
The Interwoven ECM solutions, combined with Alphawest’s consultancy, design and project management skills, will allow seamless enterprise content and intranet management, collaborative document and records management solutions, digital asset management and business process workflow solutions.
"When properly planned and implemented, Enterprise Content Management allows companies to manage their content as a strategic asset that can contribute to an increased return on their investment," said Garry Henley, Chief Executive Officer of Alphawest. "ECM also plays a key role in compliance and security of information, and enables more productive collaboration between employees, teams, departments and supply chain partners. Together with Interwoven, Alphawest’s Information Management business can now deliver more competitive, tailored solutions to meet the needs of existing customers."
James Murray, vice president, Asia/Pacific Operations at Interwoven said, "Customers continue to seek end-to-end solutions to better manage the flow of information across the organisation for competitive advantage, and together with Alphawest, we are delivering on this critical business requirement.
"Our enterprise reseller agreement with Alphawest extends our commitment to providing customers with complete easy-to-deploy solutions that will enable them to truly maximise the value of their enterprise content across the organisation," said Mr Murray.
