Alphawest is pleased to announce it attained the highest customer satisfaction score from Cisco Systems for its IP Telephony Revised Specialised Integrator status, for the Cisco year ending 2003.
Alphawest’s score of 4.67 out of a possible 5 exceeded that of all other Cisco integrators or Cisco channel partners in Australia.
Alphawest currently supports many large production Cisco IP Telephony sites throughout Australia across the government and commercial sectors, including Arnotts, Nestle and WorkCover.
The Cisco Specialisation and Advanced Technology Provider (ATP) Customer Satisfaction Surveys measure end-customer satisfaction for a specific technology or services implementation performed by a Cisco channel partner. To achieve certain Cisco Specialisations or ATPs, a Cisco Channel Partner is required to meet or exceed a designated satisfaction target score as specified in the terms and conditions for that Specialisation or ATP.
“Alphawest has an excellent track record of designing, deploying and maintaining our IP Telephony solutions nationally,” said Mr Garry Henley, CEO of Alphawest. “This outstanding customer service rating further demonstrates the commitment to our clients and the importance we place on their satisfaction of the services we provide and support.”
