Supplying NSW Government for over 20 years, this contract further enhances Alphawest’s ability to deliver technology solutions that achieve Government’s business goals.

ITS 2323 is a key component of the Government’s Selected Application Systems (GSAS) Program, itself a core strategy within the NSW Government’s Information Management and Technology blueprint.

Through ITS 2323, Alphawest looks forward to working closely with NSW Government Agencies, to assist them in the design and implementation of effective records and information management solutions.

Our business centric Information Management strategy will complement the NSW Government commitment to improving business processes, meeting legislative and accountability requirements and delivering increased quality services to the NSW community.

This contract is a significant achievement for Alphawest following the successful management buy-out late in 2002, and follows on from a number of successful projects undertaken by Alphawest with the same core solution within major Federal and Victorian Government organisations.

Based upon Australian owned TOWER Software’s TRIM, together with a range of complimentary ‘best of breed’ options, the Alphawest solution will meet the broad information needs of Agencies of all sizes throughout NSW Government.

TRIM is a world leader in the Document and Records Management marketplace.

“Alphawest is very pleased to be a part of the Government’s ITS 2323 contract. With a strong track record working with Governments in NSW and across Australia, we look forward to helping Government Agencies across NSW to manage their information resources more effectively” Mr Mark Towers, National Manager - Information Management said.

“Our commitment to working with Government as a partner, not simply another technology supplier, ensures that we continually assess the levels of our expertise and the value our solutions deliver to our clients.” Mr Towers continued.

“Alphawest’s capabilities as a leading national IT services provider means that we are also able to provide independent advice to Government Agencies in other technology areas such as infrastructure, security, communications, disaster recovery and IT procurement. Such core capabilities further enhance the value that Alphawest can deliver to our clients.”
