Steve joined Alphawest in 1994 and has worked in the ICT industry for over 21 years.  During his time Steve has held various roles primarily focused on leadership, management, technical consultancy, solution design, service and project delivery. Throughout his professional career  Steve has always strived for the best outcomes for the customer ensuring that Alphawest and its partners provide the right solutions to meet their business needs.

In 2010 Steve was appointed to the role of Acting General Manager for Customer Delivery where we provide a diverse range of managed service solutions and outsource ICT functions to our customers.  

Steve’s focus is to deliver outstanding and consistent service to Alphawest customers, and having the right mix of skilled people, process and technology to deliver exceptional customer experience.
