An experienced HR professional, Rebekah’s career spans over 15 years across a number of industries including telecommunications, financial and professional services.
With a strong background in organisation development, communications, change management, leadership and team development, Rebekah is focused on providing Alphawest people with opportunities to grow and develop their talent. She is a passionate leader who partners with Leadership Teams to support individual and team performance.
Rebekah joined Alphawest in January 2011 as General Manager, Human Resources. Her focus is to develop and drive the company’s HR strategy ensuring alignment with the Alphawest vision and business strategy. Rebekah joined Alphawest from Optus where she was Human Resources Manager for the Customer Solutions and Service Group.
Leading the HR team, Rebekah is focused on the design, development and implementation of HR services and sustainable programs to build organisational capability and talent and further improve employee engagement and retention at Alphawest.
Rebekah holds a BEcon from Macquarie University and a GradCert (HRM&IR) from Sydney University.
