With over 15 years of national and international commercial experience in Marketing, Liam has gained a wealth of expertise in the telecommunication, software, ICT and financial services sectors.
After finishing his Business Degree majoring in Marketing from the Central Queensland University in 1995, Liam commenced his career at Telstra Corporation. In search of a new challenge, Liam moved to the United Kingdom in 2001 to work as the Marketing Director for a start up technology company, where he was responsible for driving the global marketing strategy.
Prior to joining Alphawest in May 2009, Liam’s most recent five year tenure at Commander Communications saw him lead the Enterprise Marketing and Product Strategy teams.
Liam brings to Alphawest extensive knowledge of the Australian Enterprise ICT market place, particularly in developing marketing and customer strategy, leading product development functions and world class marketing teams.
In his previous role with Alphawest as General Manager, Marketing, Liam focused on delivering positive outcomes for customers and maintaining Alphawest’s position as a leading Unified Communications and Collaboration provider within the Australian ICT marketplace.
When he’s not immersed in managing the Cloud business unit, Liam enjoys playing sport, travelling and spending time with his wife and young family.
