Danny is a ten year veteran with Optus and has held several roles for the company in that time. Danny is currently the General Manager, Emerging Business for Alphawest.

Danny is responsible for building new opportunities to continue to build on Alphawest and Optus’ current information and communication technology (ICT) capabilities, including seeking out mergers and acquisition.

Formerly, Danny was the Director of Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) for Optus Business which catered for the growing demand from large corporate and government organisations for integration and managed services.

Before his IBS role, he was General Manager for the Victorian Corporate and Government business and previously worked in various regional and industry management positions.

Prior to Optus, Danny held senior positions with Voca Communications and Tubemakers of Australia.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Monash Mount Elisa Alumni.  He currently sits on the Monash University IT Advisory Board and the Victorian ABAF committee.  He previously sat on the Asia IT&T Awards Board, the AIIA Victoria Committee and the Victorian Kids Helpline Committee.
